OUR MOST COMPLETE SUPPORT PATH

From Nesting to Nurtured

Support from pregnancy through postpartum.

From Nesting to Nurtured is a complete support path designed to help you prepare before baby arrives, feel supported through the transition into postpartum, and stay connected once your baby is here.

Instead of figuring out each stage as you go, you’ll have support already in place — in community, privately, and at home if you need it.

What’s Included:

  • 6-week Nesting Circle

  • Private Postpartum Prep Session

  • 30-minute Postpartum Transition Call

  • 6-week Nurtured Mamas Circle

  • Special member rates on In-Home Postpartum Support Visits and Events

Explore each part of the path below.

One Path. Continued Support.

Prepare before baby.
Reconnect after birth.
Stay supported through the transition.

You don’t have to wait until postpartum feels hard to start building your support system.

Your Complete Support Path

1. Nesting Circle

People participating in a prenatal yoga class in a studio, performing a pose with one hand on the ground and the other arm extended upward, using yoga blocks for support, with mats and personal belongings scattered on the floor.

Prepare in community during pregnancy.

Join a supportive prenatal wellness circle that blends prenatal yoga, movement, reflection, practical postpartum preparation, and meaningful connection with other expecting mothers.

You’ll have space to slow down, connect with your changing body, think ahead to postpartum, and build relationships before baby arrives.

Next Nesting Circle Cohort

Join us on Wednesdays from 6:00–7:15 PM at The Wellness Way Sarasota.
Dates:

  • November 4, 11 and 18

  • December 2, 9 and 16

2. Postpartum Home Prep Private Session

A printed infographic and worksheet for a post-pregnancy or postpartum plan, including a line drawing of a pregnant woman, on a wooden table with a pen and some papers.

Create a plan that works for your family.

Before baby arrives, we’ll meet privately to talk through what postpartum may actually look like in your home.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan around recovery, household responsibilities, partner communication, visitors, meals, support systems, rest, and the everyday logistics that can make those early weeks feel more manageable.

3. Postpartum Transition Call

An infant with dark hair and wearing a white sweater with buttons is being held by an adult with dark skin and curly hair, wearing an orange sleeveless top. The baby looks up at the adult's face indoors, near a window with white curtains.

Reconnect after baby arrives.

Once your baby is here, we’ll have a private 30-minute check-in to see how you’re doing, talk through what has changed, and adjust your support plan based on what you actually need now.

Because postpartum rarely looks exactly the way we imagined it would.

4. Nurtured Mamas

Group of women and children sitting on yoga mats in a bright room, with toys including a bead maze, small car, and baby dolls.

Come back to community in postpartum.

When you’re ready, transition into Nurtured Mamas: a postpartum wellness circle created for gentle movement, reflection, recovery, connection, and honest conversations about postpartum and motherhood.

This is not a fitness class or a traditional Mommy and Me class. It’s a guided postpartum recovery and wellness experience rooted in community, with babies always welcome.

You’ll have a space to be cared for, connect with other mothers, and remember that support is for you too. Three virtual sessions followed by three in-person ones to get you back to community with ease.

Next Nurtured Mamas Cohort

The next Nurtured Mamas cohort will take place throughout November and December:

  • Three virtual gatherings in November

  • Three in-person gatherings in December

Days and times will be selected based on the preferences and availability of the interested group. Email milla@nestandnurturesupport.com to express your interest and share your preferred days and times.

5. In-Home Support Visits, If Needed**

A woman holding a newborn baby close to her chest, smiling softly as she embraces the child, with another person gently touching her shoulder.

Extra care in the early weeks.

If you want more hands-on support after baby arrives, you’ll receive special member rates on Nest & Nurture in-home postpartum support visits.

Visits are centered around you: helping you rest, eat, recover, feel emotionally supported, and settle into life with your baby without continuing to manage everything alone.

This Path May Be Right for You If...

You want to prepare for more than birth.

You want practical support before baby arrives, not only once you’re already overwhelmed.

You value both private support and connection with other mothers.

You want postpartum support already in place before you need it.

And you want continuity: someone who knows you before baby and can continue supporting you afterward.

Why Start Before Postpartum?

So much attention during pregnancy goes toward preparing for birth.

But birth is only the beginning.

Preparing for postpartum ahead of time gives you space to talk about expectations, responsibilities, recovery, support, and what you may need once your baby is actually here.

From Nesting to Nurtured helps you build that support before postpartum begins — and keeps it going as you move through it.
