  • Nest & Nurture supports motherhood as a whole-body transition, not just pregnancy or birth.

Our circles combine gentle movement, practical postpartum preparation, and real community so support continues before and after baby arrives. We offer ongoing, human-centered support for mothers who don’t want to do this alone.

  • You won’t be left behind. We share handouts from each session and stay connected through group chat so you can keep up and feel supported even if you miss a week.

  • Whenever you feel ready. Many mothers join within the first few weeks, others later. Movement is gentle and supportive, and resting or observing is always an option. • Of course! Babies are welcome in our Nurtured Mamas Circles. You’re free to hold, feed, soothe, or step away as needed. The space is designed for real life with a baby. You can also join virtually if you prefer.

  • No. Nest & Nurture provides educational, emotional, and community support. It is not a replacement for medical or mental health care, but it can be a meaningful complement.
